I already hammered Oregon -10.5 for my biggest play of the year so far and now the steam on Colorado has driven the line down and Oregon's value up...I'm seriously flabbergasted... Why so much Colorado love??

oregon got shellshocked at home by Utah and now it's time to bounce back and get on track, who better than Colorado. The buffs aren't a pushover by any means because they can score this year, but Oregon needs a bounce back game more than any other team in the country. Most of the football world is writing them off and predicting their plummit back down to the cellar, not sure why. This team is loaded with talent and just hasn't put t all together yet. The defense is awful but it will get better, why...... Because it can't get much worse lol.

Plain and and simple I expect a much better effort and energy level from the defense and I expect the offense to handle Colorado and hang 45 .... This is a huge risk as a lot of people feel Oregon is vulnerable and they are, but I think helfrich is to good of a coach and the staff is to experienced to let this program implode. The guys will will buy in and each week they will progress. This is a statement game for the program, a HUGE one.... Plain and simple.... I expect some attitude from the ducks and the gas pedal should be to the floor all game...

max play( sorry for stealing RUSS's line lol)

Crazy the recent success of Oregon and they lay 7-10 to Colorado. I agree....seems way to easy. Good luck buddy....may be the easiest win of the weekend.

I was shocked seeing this line.

Another one is Nebraska -6 at Illinois. Neither D's are worth a shit, but NU is so much more dynamic on O.

If we're missing anything its because of the homer shades, i guess.

I hope you guys are right and I hope this is an easy 3 score win... I know it won't be smooth sailing because of how easy that Oregon defense is to slice up but I would honestly be more shocked if Oregon doesn't cover this game than I was when utah took them to the woodshed.... That's no joke... Colorado isn't bad by any means but they certainly shouldn't hang with the ducks. They will come after them, that's a guarantee l, but if Oregon just plays solid football, not even great, they win this by 17-21

Good luck!

Tim assuming it's because of their terrible defense and the injury news.... Oregon's slot senior WR Byron Marshall is done likely for the year, and reports have Charles Nelson doubtful for the game. Nelson is compared to de'anthony Thomas, very versatile player.... Carrington is still inactive although he will be traveling. Lots of young WRs should play and I'm happy because they are all 4* guys who are very highly touted. I think the public is overreacting to nothing really... Hope the ducks do what I think they do and roll easily

The line opened at -12, which is where it should have been. Power rating difference of 12. Its the betting that has knocked it down.

I think you're overestimating this Oregon team, and not giving Colorado enough credit. The Oregon defense is pure shit. 40.8 points a game? Loaded with talent? It certainly isn't on the defensive side of the ball. 62 against Utah? 42 to E. Washington? They can't stop the run or the pass.

Colorado has certainly played a weaker schedule than Oregon, so comparing stats is tough. I'll say this......the coaching staff is excellent. In 3 years he took San Jose St from a 1 win team to a 10-2 bowl team. First 2 years weren't great, but at schools like this it takes time to get your program going. He hired former USF coach Leavitt to turn around a terrible defense. So far they are allowing 16 ppg and are +5 in turnovers.

Maybe Oregon gets their act together, who knows. But I think you're underestimating Colorado here. Colorado can run the ball, Oregon can't stop anyone. The public is hammering Oregon to the tune of 85%, but the line has gone from -12 to -7/7.5. I'm on Colorado and Under. I think the Oregon injuries to their WRs are significant, and to think backup can step right in, on the road, and perform like starters is a reach.

Youre insight is always good man... You're right when I say they are loaded with talent...... Only on offense lol! .. Their secondary is atrocious and their lbs are average at best but their defensive line is rather good, they get lumped into the whole unit tho and are seen as awful.... Not true at all other than 2 big runs at Sparty and Travis Wilson running for two big gainers their doing pretty damn well against the run by THEIR defensive standards lol... As a unit they are keeping the runs in check, and if they can bare down on the big runs they should be more than ok. The d line gets pressure and will move the line of scrimmage against Colorado, but the lbs have to do their part and fill gaps... The secondary is going to get exploited the whole year and everyone knows that.

im giving Colorado credit, they can score no doubt, but they haven't really played anyone or beat anyone relevant other than Colorado state who I believe is a better program than them right now, or at least was last season... Winning by three against a team like Colorado state this year isn't that impressive to me, neither is Nichols state or umass...

Not exactly a barn burner of a schedule or a gauntlet by any means. I'll take the tougher schedule up to this point for sure. I would go as far to say that E. Washington is better than umass too.... Maybe that's to bold to most but not by me....

oregon has had to play two VERY good defenses and lost on the road to Sparty by 3...one pass away from winning it too... They got their dicks kicked in at home against Utah, is it a foreshadowing event or just an anomaly????? Who knows, I guess we will find out... Their defense is bad and we all know that but it's hard to believe it will get worse, it really can't lol.... So I'm gonna say they roll in with a chip on their shoulder and play a Colorado team looking to kick them when their down, but I bet it's Oregon who wins by 17....

thanks for for the solid input and I hope your season goes well but I can't roll with you tomorrow, hope the ducks steamroll the buffs and embarass them

I don't love the game Quack. Its one of my smaller plays of the day, just 1 unit.

If the game plays out as you say, I wouldn't be surprised at all.

Everything you said....scheduling, D-line play, strength of schedule, etc... spot on.

Good luck to you and your Ducks sir.

This is no doubt going to be the toughest environment the Ducks have played in in a long time. When Boulder is rockin' and looking at the start time of the game I can tell you those Boulder, CO fans can get a bit rowdy, especially when you top that with a team they believe in and a team that believes in themselves. This is the kind of marque game this program has been gearing up for. Last year they played well and won many games in the stats but just not on the scoreboard. This Colorado team this year is better than last year. I think perception of Oregon is enough to beat Colorado but Oregon will need more than perception to beat Colorado.

I'm going to take a chance on Colorado ML. That's just me. It's going to be one hell of a game.

Bol to you... I'd take the points personally but the moneyline play is justifiable

It's a small play I figure what the heck. Oregon has problems and going into a hornet nest right now probably isn't the best thing for them. It's going to be close. I look forward to this game as being close and down to the wire. It's going to be great.

The line movement shows the public all over Ducks, but big bettors are on Colorado. I wouldn't touch this game not knowing what Adams finger is capable of. This Oregon team is shell shocked since they NEVER lose like last week… never. Not sure they recover in 1 week.

You have to ask yourself. Who's more hungry?

Oregon or Colorado?
