UVA a modest 2-2 on the road, losing at South Carolina by 24, CLEMSON, and FSU. Only road victories, (none quality) at Duke and Western Michigan.

This is North Carolina State I'm talking about, NOT the University of North Carolina. They are ranked like 115 out of 118 in defense. NCSU is ranked in the top 25 or so in rshing D.

Action, I'm with ya on this one and have been licking my chops ever since the number got posted. NCSt. at home needing to just win to cover. The way the east coast teams comes out firing for their home games, especially against good teams visiting, gives me alot of confidence in backing them.

If their offense comes out clicking, it could well attain their 40+ pt avg. Virginia will definately have a difficult time keeping up if that happens. The key to this game, is shut down and take away Virginia's Qb to TE combination. They rely on this to get them out of jams.

action,,,,didn`t mean this as an attack or as negative feedback on the play...just trying to comment on the game and throw some info out there...

my question was about nc st giving up close to 300 ypg passing...and schaub can be very dangerous...and the fact that nc st only averages about 95 ypg rushing....mostly because of mclendon`s injuries...

this should be a very tough game and the home field is a very big edge...

i always check out your plays and wish you all the best.....continued success...

By the way, NCSU's pass defense has been weak, but they will get two starting defensive backs back for tomorrow's game. (L Reid and G Golden)
