Say goodnight to the Sharkies. If it’s not this game it’ll be the next because the Ducks are gaining steam with each passing period while it’s the same old story for the Sharks. Mentally, the Sharks are a beaten team and when that occurs it’s all over. These Sharks are not and never have been playoff ready and this season is no different. The Sharks big guns have performed like they always do come playoff time and the word lousy comes to mind. The Ducks big guns have stepped it up big time and with Getzlaf, Ryan, Perry, Pronger, Niedermayer et all playing their best hockey of the season, the Sharks have not shown the ability or grit to beat them. The Ducks buried them last game, they’re getting stronger, they’re getting great goaltending and they have a huge physical and psychological edge. What a sweet take-back this is. Hmm... who to believe... Sherwood, the solid, consistent contributor who provides valuable insight... or Wild Thing, the guy who risked it all on a PL play several games ago.

San Jose may win this game (because nothing is ever a certainty in the NHL), but I don't see how anyone in the right mind can justify laying that much juice with the weaker team. And to call it a lock, give me a break.

There is no question that the ducks are the smart play 2day, Pinnacle has been keeping people off the ducks, best they can... and the number is ridiculous considering they are now officially in the heads of the sharks.

Not a guarantee that the ducks take this game, but that is where my money will be.

Ill play it a bit more conservative than Sherwood however, taking the Ducks +0.5 +110 in regulation.

Have a future on the sharks to win the cup, so hoping the sharks can pull it out in OT here for a dream result.
