Washington have gone 9 straight game with out Overline, mostly because they have played this season within our expectation, which means they are under achievement. Being said that, Cinn. is also in the same group. Beside first two weeks of this season, Cinn. doesn't have back to back Under line two weeks in a row. Either lay it off or bet on Over on this game. Skins are due for the high total. This Cinn. is the only team that Washington Redskins can have a chance to put out their fustration.
