Detroit over Connecticut (strong chance they sweep)

New York over Indiana in 3

Sacramento over Los Angeles (sweep)

Seattle over Houston in 3 (tough series that could go either way & alot depends on LJ's back)

Suckramento should have NO problem beating L.A. Wednesday. I took +2 and parlayed it with the Angels tonite for a nice 2.5:1 payoff

I agree with you 100% as they should destroy LA. I think they win both games by 15+! I consider it a gift Sac opened -185 for the series against LA.

No real thoughts on any of the other 3 - don't plan on playing any of them except this one. I think we are seeing here line like this for people/the books think this is the L.A. team from year's past not the 2005 version of the Sparks. this year's team would be a heavy underdog to teams from year's past. to me, the biggest difference is the HC - from "Cooooooooooooop" to what they have now - Kobe's father - Jellybean

To me - this line is nothing more than the books setting a line based on past year's results not current. not sure if they destroy L.A. here - but i do think they will win comfy. it will be interesting to see what the line is for G2. if we factor in about 3-4 points for HCA that would make Suckramento around -5/-6 in G2 - but i think that line will come higher - maybe pushing 10 - especially if Suckramento does what we think they might to L.A.

Not sure about the first half play on Suckramento - but if this game is close at halftime I will be looking to play Suckramento in the last 20 minutes

On the KDWN Stardust show from 8:30-9A John Kelly gives out WNBA picks every so often. Today he said there is one game he really likes tomorrow then added he thought Suckramento was the best team in the WNBA and in the past he has been badmouthing L.A. Geez - wonder what that pick will be? That is why I played the game today for I fully expect this number to go even lower and by gametime Suckramento could even be the fave, or this line will be around "Pick"

I think Indiana beats New York tonight and takes it in two. Both of New York's primary post players maybe out (one is out for sure). Indiana particularly Williams can be a load down low. This could spell trouble for New York. The only chance they possibly could have is shooting lights out and outscoring them other than that I don't think they stand a chance tonight. By the way where did you find 122.5 for the total in the Liberty vs Fever game, it opened at 123 and only went up from there?

Well I will partially agree with John as I said pretty much this entire season I thought Sacramento was the 2nd best team in the league behind Seattle. Seattle is a bad matchup for Sacramento like Detroit is a bad matchup for Connecticut.


I think Sacramento destroys them tonight but if for some reason it is a close win for them, I'll play them even harder as the line might come up a little short.

While I think they are easily 10+ points better then LA, I could never see them putting up a line like that against LA.
