El T, the post was to show the bleeding hearts here that their incessant whining about soldiers and Iraqi civilians being murdered every day is a catastrophic event only in their minds. The fact that on a given day there was more carnage in Chicago than Iraq means nothing. The fact that Ktv has no comment on Chicago says it all.

dave- i see you working. your original post was written that way to prove a point. i was simply trying to point out ktv that no matter how a post is percieved or written, in this case it has nothing to do with either bush or obama. unfortunately after reading ktv whine about bush for so long i finally took the bait. i dont know if he is angry at bush because never gave him a reach-around or what it is. all i know is that bush is out of office now and what happens and has happened since jan 20 is squarely on obamas shoulders. you know, the last time i checked, there were 3 branches of government and not just 1. maybe the democratic congress has anything to do with this mess? probably not, its all GW's fault

The murder of our soldiers will always be a catastrophic event in my mind.

I haven't attended a funeral of anyone I served with (I haven't served in close to 17 years, but others with me continued to) in 15 months - and I'm thankful every day I get a text or email from those still serving.

So yeah, it is a catastrophe in my mind when a soldier dies.

In yours, the deaths are obviously a punchline used to try and make a convoluted comparison in a gambling forum.

Let me give you a hint Mr. Hero. I have more friends on a wall in D.C. then you will amass in your lifetime.

I just find it classic that you meet a girl, take her to a 5 star dinner at the local sizzler and somehow get her drunk enough to sleep with you and that makes you the foremost expert on life. if ktv is 70 what do you want him to go out and do? play pick up hoops?
