It was still a great fight but Corrales pulled the punk move twice by spitting out the mouthpiece to buy more time but hey the ref let it slide so it worked. Castillo deserves a rematch in my opinion.

He did not let it slide - he took away a point in a fight that was dead even or Diego had a slight lead going into the 10th - two knockdowns and a point deduction and the fight was now over for Corralles - well, until the unthinkable happened.

It was intentional the first time so he should've taken a point in the first place then disqualify him the second time. As great of a fight it was, Corrales shouldn't have been allowed that much time to recover.

I just watched the replay on Showtime, and this fight would rank in my top 20 of all-time.

The 10th Round should go down in history like that of Hagler-Hearns Rnd 1(1985)..unreal!..Diego has a raspberry under his left eye the size of a strawberry.

This fight laps circles around the recent Morales-Pacman tilt, though Erik Morales is a better tactician than nearly all other three fighters skills combined.

Rematch..rematch..rematch!

just watched the fight. a guy brought it to work with him. i must say it was an excellent fight, but i was disappointed that it was stopped.

imo the ref should have given castillo a chance to recover....
