Hard to win in both college and pro
They are different and take a different approach and mentality
People have a hard time capping them different way
Unless you strictly follow system based plays for those specific sports...the mentality and appraoch likely stays the same which will offer success in one and not the other at best
It is working for you in the NBA but not quite in college

Rarely find anyone successful at both
