Coming off a very nice 3* win on the Superbowl yesterday and now that February has begun, it's time to turn back to college hoops for the stretch drive toward the tournament. One play tonight only.

Falcons playing very disciplined both offensively and defensely and have handled tough MWC opponents easily. Rebels style of play should not work here even though they are at home. Hence,

Cheapseats:

As you probably already know, the Falcons lead the nation in scoring defense allowing only 48 ppg due both to their style of play as well as their overall team defense. The Rebels can be burned at times due to some lapses in defense. With that said, I would lean toward the Under if pressed.

Yes...looking at Utah and New Mexico as closest contenders...comparable to UNLV..the under is my thoughts as well..then again..maybe my comparison of teams leaves something to the imagination.

Don't underestimate yourself. Utah, BYU and New Mexico are the teams to use for comparison purposes. Teams tend to play to a level of consistency, particularly teams that control pace and defense. Assuming UNLV will try their best to increase the pace of the game, the Rebels still probably only score in the mid 50's. If this is true, then the Falcons would have to score in the mid 60's to bring the game near the total. Food for thought. Good luck in whatever you decide to do tonight.
