**take this report for what it is worth, it is not intended to try to promote this book or disuade anyone from using it, it is simply a report of the facts since I have been a customer there, I am no schill, just a common player & have no alterior motives**
I decided to post up with em on April 27th, sent em 1K & got a sweet 25% Bonus. (their bonus is now down to 20%). Unfortunately I quickly lost the money after a week of wagering (although I had placed a few future Bets which are still pending), during that time I noticed on their site they have a VIP program with "guaranteed 60 minute payouts" for anyone who posts up with 1.5K or more & remains active. I contacted management & asked em if I posted up another 1K if I could be considered VIP to get the VIP benefits. Management agreed to allow my second deposit of 1K to be considered as part of my initial deposit & enrolled me in the VIP program & gave me the 25% bonus aswell on the second deposit
(They have a 10 Day No Cash Out rule & a 7X rollover requirment).
During the time I have been playing with OSB I have contacted customer service about 4 or 5 times with various issues...To my surprise I have found the staff to be INCREDIBLY friendly, always speaking to you with respect & with a friendly tone of voice. This I must say is a big difference from most Sports Book customer service agents I speak to who make you feel like you are doing them a favor when they speak to you. VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE CX SERVICE & THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
THEIR LINES: They offer a dime line in baseball & standard odds in other sports....often I can find Good Value their in partaicular odds...from time to time I have found the best number buy about 1/2 point on their NBA odds aswell.
THEIR SOFTWARE Their software is pretty good...similar software to what WWTS uses. One thing that bothers me is that their TIME OUT is set at like 5 minutes or something crazy like that so you often have to log back in if you havent been in the account for a few minutes...
I have spoken on the phone a couple of times with both Mike & Jack in Management, they are very friendly & very eager for Customer feedback...they explained that they have chosen a route giving slightly higher Bonuses to Players rather than spending their marketing Money on advertising Banners or Newspaper ads etc...They did this as they felt that word of mouth advertising would be the best for them. (this is what they told me anyway).
On May 14th I was exactly 10 Days into my relationship with the Book & had a balance of about 6K with about 1K in pending futures. I have to admit I was very nervous as I never wanted them to have that much of my money. I had completed the 7X rollover & on the morning of May 14th I requested a 3K payout Via Neteller.
I RECEIVED MY MONEY WITHIN 60 MINUTES AS PROMISED...
I was a bit disappointed as their was a hefty 40$ fee for the withdrawal, although after having thought about it for about 2 minutes I realized this was quite fair due to the generous deposit Bonuses...It is also good to see that they are trying to be fiscally responsible. I pointed out to management that they had posted on the website Free withdrawals via neteller for VIP's. Mike apologized, explained it was a mistake, & immediately removed that section of the website correcting the mistake. I was very impressed again with the speed of the action.
Personally I am always willing to give the smaller guys a chance, many of you guys know that I play from time to time at SIA so there is no reason not to beleive that I would play at OSB & give em a SHOT.
If no one ever gave Michael Dell a shot when he starting building computers out of his basement then he would be no where today.
These are the honest reports & facts that I can present to you guys after being a customer for about 2 weeks.
There has been alot of speculation about this Book with alot of it being Negative. I would love to hear from other OSB customers & wether or not they have had positive or negative experiences....
