This looks like a suckers bet, got to believe public on Oky St, but line hasn't moved much I don't like the looks of it.GL, maybe take a small shot at the Oky ST ML.

OSU has not won in Nebraska for 43 years. OSU is a decent team, but they have lost a lot on defense. They did beat Nebraska in Stillwater last year, but not by much. This year they have the same offense, less of a defense, playing in Nebraska. They were also a pretty poor road team last year. I think OSU loses by 10.

Am not a fan of Frank Solich but believe Nebraska will be an underrated team this year. Lots of coaching changes should instill life to the team. Defense will be their strong point and their offense will be average with the possibility of being better. Have heard that QB Jamal Lords has been impressive in training but then, it's not the real thing. Granted OK St hasn't won @ Nebraska in ages but last game was in 1999. Like the numbers here and homer situation so will probably lean to Nebraska.

I live in Nebraska and quite frankly after having watched Solich coach this team I am quite unimpressed......if they get down to anyone Solich plays to not lose by any more points and begins to run the clock out.....did anyone here watch us play Miami in the bowl game a couple years back? Jammal Lord either doesn't know how to run the option or is too selfish to actually pitch the ball out when three guys are about to tackle him.....I noticed that along with all of the people who have watched the games with me.....you think an opposing defensive coordinator hasn't noticed this little trend? I would seriously consider those people who are thinking about betting on Nebraska this year to seriously reconsider....we may get by the floozies in the early part of the schedule, after that the games get quite a bit tougher and we all very well might see the same team that we all saw last year, that finished with about as many wins as losses.....The blackskirts will have to show me something against QUALITY opponents before I'll even think about throwing money on them. Some of us noticed the posters hung in the bars listing our scheduled games and the time each one will be broadcast on tv.....times are listed for the first three games and the rest are TBA.....the joke is that maybe after three games the broadcasters might think we suck too much and they are using the first three games to determine whether or not they should actually broadcast the rest....

I know a good coach when I see one, and Solich isn't one of them. I'll be shocked if he's still on the sidelines next year. I'll take Okie St in a barnburner. (See my thread for more details.)

I have been a lifelong Nebraska fan and suffered through last season. I would take the points with OKIE, thought the line would go down since more people would be on state but it hasn't. I think that Neb could surprise some people this year. Watching the games from last year, David Horne looked really good. He might actually be a very productive I-back that has lots of speed.

I am a homer and will be cheering for NEB, but I would only recommend that don't bet the game (maybe just a little) and wait and see how all the new coaches do for the BIG RED.

Just a note, Phil Steele is the best at conference predictions and he has Nebraska winning the North

just my opinion, just and enjoy
