We have reopened this player's account, we put the account on hold due to multiple instances of fraud involving Western Union deposits and players from North Carolina (where he is from) within the last week. When we tried to call him last night to verify his deposit the phone number on his account was a fax machine. We made this decision to place the account on hold until the morning when we could pick up the funds on our own accord and independently of Sirbet and Corby. We make all decisions regarding player's accounts and account status as well as payments, Sirbet Services manages our customer service and also operates and sets our lines. The users account is now open with the correct balance reflected from his wager last night. We have also revised our Western Union policy due to the before mentioned fraud and we will now only release funds to a players account after we have picked up the funds, this could result in delays crediting funds at certain times of the day.
