Lost yesterday with the Bucks. Hung in for 3 qtrs then fell apart in 4th.


2* Hornets -5

Hornets coming off great year in which they came up short to the Spurs will look for a great way to start season against very weakened GS team. Baron Davis was the guy that made this team go and without him or Monta I see a bunch of players who won't know how to play together for a while. Hornets by 9.

1* Philly -5

Love this Philly team this year. Addition of Brand gives them a much improved rounded out team. Low post scoring to go with Dalembert's defense and shot blocking makes a great tandemn. Athletic at the guard spot and a heady pg in Andre Miller. On the flip side Jermaine is washed up, Bosh is still soft and Philly's interior D should neutralize them.

No Manu to gash through Phoenix's D. Spurs get out of the gates slow and don't see many options off the bench for S.A to hurt Phoenix. Finley, Mason?

I think the the Hornets win by atleast 8-10 points. The Hornets had the Warriors number last year. Especially now with Harrington not happy their chemistry is even less now. Jackson will not be the same without Davis there, Davis is the one that made Jackson better and held his temper in check. I think this team is about to implode and I hate to say it as a Warriors fan. My line is up to -6, would you still take it at -6.

i also like the hornets, was able to book em at -5 before somebody sent it to 6.5 at 5dimes...I am waiting to really hit Phili as I want to see how they gel first as a team that has HUGE expectations...also, what do you think about the Memphis/Houston game?? I made it my big play of the day...very curious to hear your take on it OJ, good luck tonight

at 5dimes, should be +11.5 probably should have waited because it will probably hit 12, but thought that with a couple of the houston injuries line might just go to 11....

Yes 6 is ok but anything after that I would play it small.
