I hate to put my money opposite of OSU but I see a very close game tonight. OSU has some big problems on O with only 1 proven WR on the depth chart who can catch the ball. Miller will do fine when taking hand offs from the H back as will Samuel ( who was a tb last year ). Suspensions and Injury have really hurt the bucks on O. Miller has not been impressive in my mind catching the ball. I would not be surprised to see Torrance Gibson out at WR tonight even though he is a true freshman who was recruited as a 4/5 star qb, he might be one of the best athletes to put out there. VT will man up on inexperienced WR's and throw 7/8 in the box to stop the run On the other side of the ball with Bosa off the field it changes the blocking necessary for VT and no need to double team which puts a lot more pressure on LB's. Factor in the home field atmosphere, confidence in that they beat osu last year, a more experienced team and QB then last year and osu with out the chip on their shoulder. These will all add up imo to a very close game, hopefully bucks pull out the W.

I played 2 games this weekend with NW and Purdue busting my nuts yesterday. If I play this game it will be VT, I will root for OSU of course but given all the circumstances I see a very close game.. also, hearing there is a little split on the team as to who the players want to be QB. The QB's know who is starting as do a few others but Meyer has not announced to the team as a whole, his only remarks were don't worry about who is playing QB worry about your position and the job you have.

As I posted in an earlier thread about a week ago I was told it was CJ's job to lose someone close to the program told me and his word is good to me. Have not talked with him since then so I will be as curious as you to see who gets the nod..

This sounds like a homer trying to cover his tail. You sound as bad as Red Eye, the Oregon homer who wagered AGAINST his Ducks before the season started. And he is NOT a graduate of Oregon. I would almost buy into your little excuse thread, but you missed the most important things far as the game goes. Jones and his Migraine problem. If Jones plays tonight and suffers a head injury, his parents will OWN that school when the lawsuits are settled. You also forgot to tell the listening audience that Va. Tech has lost starting FS C.J. Reavis and back-up WLB Holland Fischer.

Either you homers start posting positives about your team, or do not waste our time trying to cover your tail in case they lose. enough is enough. You guys are so worried about losing a game and being wrong that it reeks in here of the well known commodity. Let me give you amateurs a little clue. Everyone loses occasionally. Some more than others (especially in here), but no one is perfect. The problem comes when you try to make excuses for a loss before it even happens. Then, if your team loses, you can say "I told you so". If they win, you can say that you did not realize how good they really are. Well, some people may buy that B.S. but I do not. We all lose. Just man up when it happens and stop looking for excuses. This entire site is full of guys looking for excuses when they lose. I would hope that you would raise above that. The truth of the matter is that these guys are so full of it, some of them post how well they did even when they actually lost.

Fellas I just ignore stupid people.. they cant help themselves let alone anyone else. That is my take on the game for what it is worth. I take it week by week, new season new teams, nothing guaranteed. Lets see if my analysis is close or if I am way off.. I think I am spot on with it.

There you go, pay no attention as he seems to never have anything good to say about anyone, if all were like him there would be no forums, everything is negative from him. Thank you for your input about the bucks, mush appreciated..GL!

Big daddy why spend that amount of time to prove a worthless point? The man gave his opinion on the game and stated his reasoning. If his name and avatar didn't rep OSU would you be giving him grief? Probably not. Just because random posters bombed your thread and picked apart your observations doesn't mean that you gotta enter in legitimate posters threads and troll them with your negative thoughts...Grow up.

Its no no use talking to him. He's either senile or a simpleton, but regardless, he will never listen nor give anyone the chance to make a point... He's always right, we are always wrong.... Apparently his opinions are the only ones that matter. If you like the SEC he calls you a homer, if you like the pac 12 you're a homer, if you are a Baylor alum and die hard fan you're and idiot lol.....hell you could be a graduate and fan of furman and he would find a way to call you out on something lol. You can't win with him.... According to his logic unless you graduated from that university you can't root for that team or even identify with them as "your team".... He calls everyone out for everything, and spends countless hours taking moot points/arguments and attempting to turn them into the biggest stories. It's past the point of irritating, it is now actually comical. I truly believe that he does it just to ruffle feathers and laugh at how worked up people get. I literally laugh my ass off reading his threads, responses or and "call outs" in other people threads... He just did it to me two days ago..... Hilarious

Guess I'm gonna have to pull the Vandy sheepskin off the wall, I must not have gone there since I begged folks to bet against them damn near every game last season with Franklin having moved on to Penn State. Where do we, or rather what bait do we use here to root out such fools. GL Buckey, glad for your input as I've been thinking OSU all weekend.

Didn't you get banned last year? But here you are again trashing everyone's threads.....week after week, month after month, never ending misery you bring to the table.

I think BD makes a decent point about rabid homers being critical of thier own teams to establish cred. Oldest trick in the books .

The logic of this escapes me. So, if he picks OSU he's a homer and if he plays VT he's a homer. He gave a good analysis of the game the way he sees it. I reckon you didn't read that part.
