So, OSU should be no1 because they beat the SEC East champ from last year and runner up in the SEC last year over all? That's dumb and doesn't make any sense. The Big 10 is bad, 8ate. Really bad. Outside of OSU who else is a proven winner of even an upcoming winner?
As bad as some of the out of conference games that the SEC plays are, what's the alternative? You want AL to play Oregon before they play Auburn. Sounds lovely, not gonna happen.

MS St plays Vandy, ok. Vandy is what Vandy is. But they're still an SEC school and remember who state played last week? And who do they have next week?

Same for all the other teams you've listed 8ate. Southerners love their football and next week is interstate rivalry games throughout the SEC. Since the fans and alumni fund these athletic departments they demand that their teams look at their best during those last regular season games. Therefore, you play a smaller, less talented team before that game.

OSU gets a 15 point home win over Indy, in a game where its 21-20 starting the 4th quarter and you outscore them by 14 in the 4th quarter. Oh by the way, within the big10, for Indy on the road they have lost by:

16 at Iowa 45-29
24 at Michigan 34-10
22 at Rutgers 45-23
15 AT OHIO ST

Based on this, I'd say we take Ohio St out of the rankings completely. If they can only beat a poor Indy team by 15, they should be ranked 1 spot ahead of Mizzou who lost to indy.

Did Osu lose today? Because when I turned on the tv they were up 42-20 then gave up a late td. They beat a team that went to the all mighty sec div leader and won. By no means did Osu look good doing it and they still won. As I type this fsu is tied with Bc in the 4th qu.
