if you have any type of digital provider (most do now) this will increase the delay.

im sure some of you guys have had this happen: youre on the phone with your buddy or a bookie and one of you has analog cable and the other digital cable/sattelite. one of you says "allright they scored" and the other one is just seeing the qb calling signals or getting the ball snapped to him.

i had this analog/digital delay figured to be approx 7 seconds one time.

LOL, I was watching on my ANALOG set upstairs, however I do have Digital Downstairs...

I am pretty sure was due to the 5 second Delay... was hilarious, first time I have ever seen the score on the Internet while watching the game 'LIVE?!!' on tv...
