Offshore bank account? (I need one)

Any ideas? Do I have to be there to open it?

I used to have a great one in Panama but haven't for a few years..

For Panama can't say but most other offshore banks that I know of (Isle of Man, Gibraltar, etc ) allow you to apply via mail , of course these are real banks so they ask for a lot of docs (proof of residence, source of funds, copy of passport etc)

I just don't want Canada to take 1/2 of what isn't theirs. (Yes, 50% tax in Canada folks).

i used companies dot com to help me open the acct. I don't know if I recommend them or not since i'd never done it before.
