Odds to win Super Bowl XLIV - Cowboys The Favorite?

I know all of the talking heads on TV love to talk about the Cowboys (which I don't understand - they haven't won a playoff game in 12+ years...) but how can vegas come out and make them the favorite to win the Super Bowl next year?

Their coach has proven he's a bum... and Romo has proven he can't win in December... the locker room is toxic.

Yet, the Cowboys are +800 to win it all... no other team is under +1000.

I know they are all 50 and Tom Brady might not be ready for next season but....I will throw some money down on the Patriots.

I've been a Cowboys fan for 25years & have experienced many lows during the late 80's @ the end of the Tom Landry era, & the beginning of the 'Jimmy' & 'Jerry' era.

But I've also experienced some great highs during the early to mid 90's, starting with the 'Jimmy Genius' Hershel Walker trade to the Vikings (which is still considered to be one of the all time greatest trades in NFL history), and ending with the Cowboys 3 SB Championships in 4 years (2 btb w Jimmy Genius).

Since then, 13 years on, the Cowboys have had 4 coaches, a plethora of high paid players, none of whom have won a SB Championship, an NFC Championship, let alone a first round Playoff game. Yet every year the Cowboys are somehow high on odds to win SB.

With 13 Cowboys pro bowlers from LY, the pre season buzz was that the Cowboys where gonna win their Division, the NFC Championship & the SB. Odds on Cowboys to win 2009SB in Sept was +225 & I bought into that!!!

With all the lows & highs I've experienced over the years rooting for the 'Boys, this season by far, was the most
disappointing that I've ever experienced considering all that high price tag roster talent that the 'Boys had!!!

There's only one person IMO that's to blame for all of the 'Boys 13years of failure & that is, that know it all, zombie looking, wannabe coach, egotistical Owner,GM, etc... 'Jerry Jones', the new 'Al Davis' of the NFL.

I thought 'Matt Millen' was as bad as they come, but 'JJ' blows him away.
If he was a GM of any other NFL team he would have been fired by now.

There will never be another Dallas HC other than 'Jimmy Genius' that will ever succeed in Dallas as long as 'Jerry' remains as GM & shadow coach.

Having said all that I'm truly baffled behind the logic of 'Begas' installing this sorry axx 'Cowboys' team as early favs to win next years SB!!!
