our wise, respected and inspirational leader took to the airways yesterday in an effort to stabliize the markets and calm fears.

he scheduled a 1:00 press conference, shows up at 1:52. Such disrespect for others speaks to his character. He's the POTUS and nobody else's time matters. He's perpetually late. Conversely, a man of far greater character insisted everything he was part of started promptly for 8 consecutive years.

But I digress, what did he say? Did he have a new idea? Does he have a plan? Does he have specifics for his 1st budget since taking office? He said NOTHING. He said what he has been saying for weeks, he said what's painfully obvious to anyone with a brain wave, he used all his favorite catch phrases and he talked about rising taxes?

The result? a market that was tanking tank dramatically more.

He's just a silly stupid man in way over his head, literally.

Obama, go to fund raisers, go play golf, take your family to HI, just STFU. You've been rejected. We know where you stand, we understand your policy positions, we know everything you said would happen didn't happen, just STFU.

Throw another WH bash, just STFU. The world can't afford many more of your speeches, never mind your policies.

CANCELLED: The White House announced Tuesday morning, just hours before President Obama was scheduled to talk about fuel efficiency standards at Interstate Moving Services in Springfield, VA., that the trip has been cancelled.

Instead, Obama will “meet with industry officials at the White House to discuss the first of their kind fuel efficiency standards for work trucks, buses, and other heavy duty vehicles,” the White House said in an updated daily guidance for the president. This meeting will be closed press.

During and immediately following Obama’s remarks to the press from the White House on Monday, the Dow plummeted hundreds of points.

That wasn’t the only cancellation – White House press secretary Jay Carney’s briefing with reporters, originally scheduled for 12:30 p.m., has also been scrapped.
