uh, because the Cowboys blow goats? Of course I'd take 'em over the Jets, who blow roosters.

Because the jets are not as bad as they have looked. Lets remember that quincy carter is quincy carter. And that the boys played the games of their lives against the giants and BARELY held on. And carter played the game of his life and they barely won. And the giants offensive line was AWFUl and they barely won.

Not saying the jets are good, but they are better than the boys in this one.

Mainly because the Jets have had time with Vinny and played a good game against the Patriots on the road. Vinny's looked more comfortable - and they're the home team.

I HATE the Cowboys but I'll still take the team who has had 2 weeks to prepare for a terrible team.

Maybe it is a trap, if it is, they got me.

For those Jets lovers, why?

How can you be on an 0-3 team who is averaging 13 points per game against a Bill Parcells team with 2 weeks of preparation?

imho this is EXACTLY the kind of game that bettors shld love.................very hard to put up a number here.........too many intangibles and not enuff accurate info regarding the true talent level on these teams.................dallas is not as good as they looked against the giants, intangibles plyd a key role in them plying over their heads aginst a ?quality? opponent on MNF........secondly , the NYJ are def. NOT as bad a team as they have looked ..........penningtons loss disrupted the o but vinny will find a groove and they'll be ok..........line says these two teams are ess. evenly matched ............jets by 3 basically a home field edge.........on the field the jets are a much better TEAM than the 'pokes.................put in an early MUST WIN situation , my feeling is this # is "off".............NYJ -5 1/2 - 6 would be more like it..........just feel the linesmaker has underrated the jets and overrated the cowboys and feel that the publics perception is in line w/ theirs ............i LOVE THIS LINE..............NYJ -3

bye weeks dont mean that the team is preparing for 2 weeks against the next team. sometimes bye are to get rested heathly and regroup as a team to prepare for the rest of the season. bye weeks hurt some teams ruins momentum. cowboys going into a bye with a win helps but stops that momentum they had. remember to cowboys gave away all that early lead to almost lose that game. jets are looking for their first winso they have lots of motivation there especially the coach. i think the game could go either way... only bet i throw at this game is the over. good luck...

Going back to 1990 the Dallas Cowboys are 23-32-1 as a road dog. More importanatly they are 7-16 ATS as a road dog coming off a win and 5-14 ATS off a SU/ATS win and 1-4 ATS off SU dog win. In non-divisional games most importantly they are 11-20 ATS since 1990. With the Jets losing record according to these trends they still have the advantage with Dallas being only 37% against teams below .500. The trends for the Jets aren't to hot either I must add to be fair, but I like their chances this week.

Trends are nice but how long as Parcells been part of that trend. Before the season started the whole world was talking about how much Parcells was going to help the Boys now it's like he's not even there.

I'm not a Parcells or Cowboys fan but I can't help to think that he will have his team ready to go.

With 2 even teams, I'll take the better coach everyday.

That's your oppinion KMAN. I tend to like numbers better then oppinions. With two bad teams I'll take the HOME team any day.
