Nuggets large at -8.5

I lost my write-up, but I will abbreviate it.

Nuggets even more motivated here than for recent games v. Clips, Bucks and Wiz...for the obvious reasons and that they had already taken down the other three in the most recent meetings. As well, those Nuggets fans somehow represent the "victim" from Colorado and really get on Kobe's case. He's liable to score 50 as a result - while the other Lakers stand around and LA loses by 10-15...OR be pouty and weird, getting thrown out or passing all night long and refusing to shoot.

Lakers have only one go-to guy now, they turn the ball over too much, they don't take the ball away often, they foul too much, and they have virtually no interior 'D'... All this v. an opponent running ELEVEN-deep, having fun, sharing the ball well, forcing turnovers and feeling incredible confident.

Denver by 13-20.

This Denver team is on a phucking roll. They have 11 guys fighting for playing time and they are all contributing. This team could go deep in the playoffs. George Karl is coaching his tail off. I love watching these guys play.

They remind me of Memphis at their peak last year, but clearly better...

MEM - no vocal leaders...Gasol, Battier, JWil...a terrific coach, but not a borderline lunatic like Karl - wearing a retro jersey and looking like Charlie Brown - not to mention bringing back another fun lunatic in Doug Moe...MEM - no Boynkins-type with his energy and intangible presence lift whenever he's on the court...MEM - so concerned about 'D' that they left their 'O' somewhere else at times...certianly not what you want when laying bigger pointspreads

As a Laker fan (ugh) it's really hard to see a line that high. Amazing (or maybe not so) how far they've fallen after the Big Daddy's exodus.

if anyone is curious, I have maintained my bet on the Nuggets...they are deep and such a big part of this bet is their chemistry and the Lakers general collapse...

Nuggets missing two top players may just make the chemistry better tonight and oddly relax LA a fraction despite their underdog status

If I had to start again at 7.5 it would be a medium

it is tough but this team became to fat just like shaq said.they let jerry west walk and that was the beginning of the end.kupchak is absolute and i mean 100% absolute garbage.we would be better off with no gm.the day he even started thinking to himself trade shaq he shoulda got fired.anyone planning on riding the lakers anymore will throw away money.there done.ive been a fan for 20+ years and this is pathetic.west, malone, payton, shaq, horry, fisher gone.you think the yankees would ever dump jeter,a-rod,mussina or cashman?whats next they gonna offer hamblen an extension?lol.good luck all

First time in 10 years as a season seat holder that I threw my playoff invoice in the garbage. I fear we have not seen the worst yet. That comes when the Clippers finish with a better record than the Lakers.

I lost my "passion" for the team when they traded Eddie Jones, but my son is still a fan and at least the season seats were a good investment. Now I don't know if they are even that anymore.
