His most diabolical tithe cannot even be measured. Division. The man divided the races, the religions, the genders, the economic classes, the protectors from those they protect, and the beholden from those who contribute to their existence. Propped up our enemies, Iran, and demonized our only true Middle Eastern ally, Israel. All the while lying to us about his signature legislation, Obamacare, so that he could get Cadillac health treatment for the noncontribitors on the backs of the working man who saw his premiums skyrocket while his deductibles got so high that those soaring premiums would only cover catastrophic illness.
All his policies catered to the non-contributors and the fringe elements of the society while lunch pail Joe worried about keeping his job and having a job to feed and house his family.

That can absolutely be measured. How much further are you divided from the rest of the community than you were eight years ago? How much of that is based on what you've done and how much of it is based on what Obama has done? Answer those questions and it is very easy to measure how much division he has caused
What makes it tough to answer how Obama rates as a president is that there is so few to compare him to. To me, what's most important for the president is to fight against the debt. Clearly Obama did poorly it that area, but it's only been an issue since the 80s when America decided to become a nation of borrowers. With only four other presidents to compare him with he actually did surprisingly average: doubling the national debt in eight years has become the standard for all presidents in my life time. I give him credit for correcting the major mistakes of his first term and doing a lot better post-2012
The other big issue is war fighting, as that represents the absolute worst investment a country can make. Obama ranks below average and loses even more points by trying to pretend he was less of a war hawk than Bush.
