The play in round, although themselves are good games most times… they NEVER advance! Maybe just cut the field to 32… but that’s forefitting billions!!

I think it’s ruined the idea of Cinderella teams. Look at the sweet 16 teams. There are no Cinderella teams. I think the portal and NIL will make it harder and harder for the so called mid major teams to make a run. I don’t think you’ll see many teams that aren’t in a power conference make it to the second weekend in the future.
