If the wingnutosphere did not already have a Judy Doucette, it would be necessary to invent her — because if there is one thing that the wingnuts thrive on, it’s lies. And Judy Doucette (who posts as “HoosierArmyMom”) never ever met a lie she wasn’t happy — nay, droolingly eager — to spread.
This one has found some traction on the whackaloon forums like Free Republic. No doubt Judy picked it up there, or via one of the dimwit mailing lists so beloved of the fabulists of the right.

By executive order, President Barack Obama has ordered the expenditure of $20.3 million in migration assistance to the Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza . The “presidential determination” which allows hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to resettle in the United States was signed on January 27 and appeared in the Federal Register on February 4.
Few on Capitol Hill took note that the order provides a free ticket replete with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their overwhelming support of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the parliamentary election of January 2006.
A review of Barack Obama’s most recent actions since he was inaugurated:

•Now we learn that he is allowing hundreds of thousands of Palestinian refuges t o move to and live in the US at American taxpayer expense.
These are the same Palestinians who were celebrating in the streets when the twin towers fell and who continue to fire missiles over the border into Israel, as they did before Israel waged war on them. Think about it.

Memorandum for the Secretary of State
By the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, including section 2(c)(1) of the Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of 1962 (the “Act’’), as amended (22 U.S.C. 2601), I hereby determine, pursuant to section 2(c)(1) of the Act, that it is important to the national interest to furnish assistance under the Act in an amount not to exceed $20.3 million from the United States Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance Fund for the purpose of meeting unexpected and urgent refugee and migration needs, including by contributions to international, governmental, and nongovernmental organizations and payment of administrative expenses of Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration of the Department of State, related to humanitarian needs of Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza.
You are authorized and directed to publish this memorandum in the Federal Register.

Yup. Not word one about “allow[ing] hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to resettle in the United States”. Nothing about “provid[ing] a free ticket replete with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their overwhelming support of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the parliamentary election of January 2006.” No mention of Hamas at all, in fact.
Snopes has deconstructed this particular fairy story:
This order simply authorized a contribution of up to $20.3 million from the U.S. Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance (ERMA) Fund to meet urgent “humanitarian needs of Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza.” It did not, as claimed above, approve or authorize any Palestinians or Gazans — much less “hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas” — to migrate to, or resettle in, the United States.
It never ceases to amaze me. Wingnuts like Judy Doucette will lie to you with a straight face, and then turn around and supply you with the very facts that prove that they are lying. Do they think that everyone is as mouth-breathingly stupid as they are?
Please please please keep lying, Judy. Nobody shreds your credibility, pisses on it, and flushes it down the toilet as thoroughly or as entertainingly as you do.
