No Chemical Weapons Factory

Are their WMD's or aren't there? Freeing the Iraqi's was reason enough for this war IMO. I didn't need lies from the Bush admin. Stay tuned, maybe I'm wrong about the WMD's, but I doubt it.

I don't know Frank. I think that Iraq has them (as I would imagine does nearly every country), but I heard Hans Blix (I know, he's only an inspector not UN) speak the other day & he said it would be VERY UNLIKELY for the Iraqis to use WMD in this war. His reasoning was that Saddam was so concerned about his legacy that he would not "jeopordize" it with lies about the WMD.

I happed to disagree with Blix - they probably will use them if they have them.

Either way, just another opinion.

lander, that's my point... "it would be VERY UNLIKELY for the Iraqis to use WMD in this war" that's a de facto admission that Iraq has WMD.

But I read this morning an UN Inspector saying that WMD would be found now.

No Frank, that was just his opinion. Had I recorded & posted the entire converstaion you'd have seen that Blix was clearly stating this in a hypothetical sense. In fact, he annoying, kept repeating that he could neither "prove" or "dis-prove" the existance of WMD in Iraq.
