I'm biased so I won't give my opinion on a side, but I think the game has a good shot at going over. If ND gets rolling with their inside-outside game, they could put up 40-50 in a half.
Haven't watched Penn State all year nor have I researched this team yet, but do they have a couple real athletic, long guys who could shadow MacAlarney the whole court? That's why ND had such trouble in the Big East this year. The book was out on how to shut down Mac, so Harangody tried to do it all by himself.
The reason we rolled against Kentucky (although we tried to blow it in the last few minutes) was because we got so many good looks from 3 in transition. How does PSU defend off missed shots and turnovers?

Disagree. PSU doesn't have any long defenders on the perimeter. Pringle and Battle are midgets. Even Cornley is undersized. Morrisey is about 6'3. So, I like Mc and Ayers to get some clean looks and cause problems for PSU shooting.
Looking a the over and maybe ND.
I'm with you on ND tonight. Big East vs Big Ten in the Garden!? Penn State won 22 games because they played THE WORST out of conference schedule in the country. THey really didnt beat anyone worth mentioning this year. ND is far and away the better team here. Not to mention Penn State has a few key injuries.
I'm definitely taking Notre Dame in this game. I just don't think Penn State is a very good team. I mean, they were 11 point dogs at Florida, 10 point dogs at Illinois, 8 point dogs to Purdue on a neutral floor, and they were only favored by 8 over a piss poor IU team in the Big Ten tourney.
