Pittsburgh Penguins +0.5 (+200)
Risk $100 to Win $200
Pure VALUE written all over the Penguins here. The Pens are undefeated in 3 games (2-0-1) and have one of the best young goaltenders in hockey in Marc-Andre Fleury (who has the best SV% at .942 and ranked #12 with a 1.95 GAA). Not to mention the Penguins have won all 3 games infront of the young netminder. The Leafs on the other hand have only won 1 game in their last 4 and have been outscored in those 4 games by a 16-8 margin. The Penguins do not have the talent compared to say the Toronto Maple Leafs; however, the Penguins do have the HOT goaltending coming into tonights matchup. I'll take the Penguins +0.5 (in case of a tie - since Fleury already has 2 ties in 7 outtings) over the Leafs.
Ivan's CrazyPicks Prediction: PIT 2 - TOR 2 (OT)

Detroit Red Wings ML +100 * Best Bet x2 *
Risk $200 to Win $200
Red Wings are 8-7-5 on the Back end of Back to Back games. The Red Wings just got embarrased by the Vancouver Canucks. The Flames are 3-2-0-0 at home while the Red Wings are 1-5-1-0 on the road. More importantly, the Wings have not won in their last 5 games...ouch! Well, it appears the Wings are 'FADE' material - but not so fast, Cujo 'should' get the start tonight and after his first outting this season, he will look to bounce back and the Red Wings (filled with verterans) will find a way to play a SOLID game for 60 mins. Red Wings win on the road - emotional game here! No way Mclennan saves the Flames!
Ivan's CrazyPicks Prediction: DET 4 - CAL 1

Washington Capitals ML +190
Risk $100 to Win $190
Washington Capitals +0.5 (+136)
Risk $100 to Win $136
Washington Capitals/Tampa Bay Lightning Under 5 +120
Risk $100 to Win $120
Lightning are sizzling HOT going 7-0-1 to start out the season, while the Capitals are just fizzling (ice cold) going 2-8-1. More importantly, the Capitals are pathetic with a 0-6-1 road record and the Bolts have an impressive home record which stands at 5-0-1. This is a total mismatch on paper - or is it? Last season, the Capitals had a 2-0 lead in the playoffs against the Lightning, but ended up dropping 4 straight to the Bolts and eventually were eliminated from playoff contention. Should believe the Capitals will have enough time to prepare for this game and will likely seek retribution from the playoffs (somewhat a similar game or victory as the Islanders won over the Senators just yesterday).
Revenge is a HUGE factor in sports - and this none bigger... Still it will come down to special teams and goaltending (the old cliche)...Can Kolzig stand up to the Bullin Wall?
Ivan's CrazyPicks Prediction: WSH 3 - TB 1

Dallas Stars -0.5 (+103)
Risk $100 to Win $103
Stars have are 6-1-1 in their last 8 meetings vs the Rangers. Stars have the talent and offense to beat Dunhum and the Rangers. Stars have the Special Teams EDGE here, and obviously the Rangers still do SUCK!
Ivan's CrazyPicks Prediction: DAL 3 - NYR 1
