Ullmark over 28.5 saves (-105), 1*
Ullmark has been playing really well recently. Looking like the Vezina winner from two years ago. I haven’t had much action the last couple nights due to the light slate across all sports. Ottawa has won three of four. This is a one game road trip and they are back home tomorrow night. It’s not like they have been grinding on the road for a week. Carolina has lost four of six. I think that becomes five of seven after tonight. GL

It’s nice to absolutely nail a game. Especially since I had been a little cold this week. Wish I put a full unit on them to win in regulation. I just didn’t want to overdo it since I already bet them on the money line. Great night, easy night. Full day of games tomorrow. I’m sure I will have a bet or two.

I know the records suggest otherwise, but I don’t know if the Capitals are a better team then the Bruins. I think Washington has overachieved a bit so far and the Bruins have clearly underachieved to this point. I will take +120 with Boston, as I think these two teams are very evenly matched at worst. GL

The Rangers total is down to 5.5 on a couple prominent sportsbooks. I prefer betting that to 6 because I’m getting better odds. If you want to bet under 6 and cover yourself in case the bane ends 4-2 or 5-1, that’s fine. You should bet whatever your comfortable with. The Rangers haven’t scored more then three goals in a game since December 8th. The Capitals have scored more then three goals once in their last nine games. This is a noon puck drop as well, which could lead to a slow start. You never know who was getting after it the night before in DC.
