NFL Survivor Pool — Week 11 Recap
Week 11 is done, and the pool took only minimal casualties. Just
two entries were eliminated, which is impressive this late in the season. Either everyone is suddenly a genius… or we all just happened to avoid the landmines for once.
The Fallen
Washington Commanders — 1 entry
A bold choice. Bold doesn’t always mean good.
Atlanta Falcons — 1 entry
The Falcons remain who we thought they were. Sadly, one entry had to learn that lesson the hard way.
Week 11 Total Eliminations: 2
We now have
72 entries remaining, each one clinging to life like a cat hanging onto a screen door.
Week 12 Preview: The Stress Levels Increase
Week 12 isn’t a holiday week, but it
is one of those tricky midseason slates where the matchups look fine… until you actually try to trust one of these teams with your Survivor life.
Here’s what to expect:
- Several games will look like “easy wins” on paper, which is usually code for “this team is about to break your heart.”
- A couple of you will get overly confident in a team that hasn’t been reliable since Week 3.
- At least one heavy favorite will sleepwalk through the first half, sending half the pool into a full panic.
- And someone — we all know who — is going to lock in a pick on Wednesday and then spend the next four days wishing they hadn’t.
By Week 12, the real challenge isn’t picking the best team. It’s picking the team you haven’t already burned that won’t embarrass you on national television.
Good luck, survivors. The decisions don’t get easier from here — but they do get funnier to watch.
Also don't forget. The commish can get you in contact with the folks that hold soe of the best lines on the most sports and live action available.
