New York Giants go on the road to Cincinnati

New York has been able to pick up a couple of wins as of late and between the fact that Daniel Jones has been playing well as of late and that the Giants still are motivated with the hopes of making the playoffs, I think the play here is to take Giants to cover this road spread. The New York Giants have much more to play for right now, as they can move into a tie for first place in the NFC East with a win. They have won each of their last two games to get into position to make a run at the division title. The Giants have been playing well and they should be able to do enough on both ends of the field to cover the spread. Giants kicker Graham Gano is back working with trainers and is expected to play in Sunday’s game at Cincinnati , that's worth 3+ points to me in the matchup!!!!!.The Bengals are in a heap of trouble right now, as they are mired in last place in the AFC North and they have lost their last two games by an average of 18.5 points per game. This week, they are going to be starting a practice squad quarterback, and possibly, a third-string running back. The Bengals have absolutely nothing to play for and it will show on Sunday, as the Giants get the big win The Bengals offensive backfield is a real mess [ Check out who is playing in backfield and you will see why?]. Brennon has plenty of weapons to deploy but he’s a journeyman and wasn’t the first choice to replace Burrow when he went down.

Stat's with analysis

*The Bengals are 6-3 ATS in their last 9 games, however, are just 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games vs. NFC opponents*. This was a bad game to begin with, but now no Joe Burrow for the Bengals and no Joe Mixon as well just makes the Bengals hard to back in this spot. The problem with the Giants is that they’ve covered a lot, including a 6-1 mark ATS in their last 7 games, but the one in that 6-1 record was the only time this season that New York was favored on the year and were two-point favorites in that game, only winning by one against Washington.

*New York also hasn’t won a game outside of their division this season. With that said, the Giants are still the healthier team here and while I’m not a Daniel Jones fan, I think he’s better than whatever the Bengals are going to throw out there. I think the Bengals are auto-fade for the rest of the season, so I’ll lay money instead of the points with this line with New York on the road .

I bet this game early Monday night. 11/23> NYG-$225 / CIN +$185 /NYG-4 1/2//// My Bet G-Men -$225

NOTE:::: To convert Moneyline to decimal odds it depends on whether it's positive or negative. If it's positive, you divide by 100 and add 1. A +400 moneyline is the same as 5.0 in decimal odds.If the moneyline is negative, to convert, first remove the minus sign, then instead of dividing by 100, you take 100 and divide it by the moneyline amount, then you add one. For example, -400 moneyline is 100/400 + 1 in decimal, or 1.25

New England Patriots host the Arizona Cardinals

Cardinals have been the better team this season, and even on the road in cold weather, hold the edge. This should be a pretty interesting matchup but I think the Cardinals offense can help outlast New England to post a cover. Arizona has an explosive offense, leading the league in total yards per game and hurt an opponent on the ground or with the passing game led by dual-threat quarterback Kyler Murray and one of the best receivers in the game with Hopkins. Cam Newton and the Patriots offense have struggled overall this season, and I don't see them keeping pace with the Cardinals here. The Patriots have been pretty inconsistent all season when it comes to the scoreboard, but the good news is they’ve hit 20 in each of their last four, but they have been inconsistent giving up 23.4 points. I’m going to stick with the Cardinals here. Arizona has been pretty consistent when it comes to scoring this season. They’ve posted at least 21 points in every game so far, and 30 or more in five of their last six outings. In this game, if the Patriots want to win, they need their defense to step up and slow down the Cardinals' offense.

My Bet> Cardinals -2 hedging with money line -$125

My Bet>> Present Line >>> 2 team 7 point teaser Cardinals +5 & Giants +1// -$140

Monday's NFL Injury and Roster News for Week #12 Published by the NFL: Nov 23, 2020 at 01:17 PM

Myles Garrett's stay on the reserve/COVID-19 list will last another week.
Garrett will be out for Cleveland's Week 12 game against Jacksonville, coach Kevin Stefanski told reporters Monday.
Garrett missed Cleveland's Week 11 win over Philadelphia due to his positive COVID-19 test, which came after he'd remained away from the team all week while feeling ill. The Browns recorded five sacks in the victory without Garrett, with Olivier Vernon accounting for three of them.
Despite not playing Sunday, Garrett remains tied for the league lead in sacks with 9.5, averaging slightly more than a sack per game. Garrett owns a league-best seven turnovers caused by quarterback pressures in 2020, per
Jacksonville ranks 25th in sacks allowed per pass attempt at 7.96 percent.
Here's other news, injuries and transactions we're tracking::::

  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Jamel Dean (concussion) was ruled out for the remainder of Monday Night Football after he was injured in the third quarter.
Tampa activated running back Kenjon Barner from the practice squad (COVID-19 replacement) for tonight's game.
  • Los Angeles Rams linebacker Micah Kiser was helped off the field in the fourth quarter with an apparent leg injury and did not return.
  • The Baltimore Ravens are expected to sign former Jets cornerback Pierre Desir after he completes the league-mandated COVID-19 testing protocol. Running backs Mark Ingram and J.K. Dobbins, along with nose tackle Brandon Williams, were placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Baltimore listed defensive end Calais Campbell (calf) as a DNP on the injury report. Linebacker Matt Judon (ankle) and tight end Mark Andrews (thigh) were limited.

  • Chicago Bears coach Matt Nagy said he's still evaluating the health of quarterbacks Nick Foles (hip/glute) and Mitchell Trubisky (right shoulder) before determining who starts Sunday versus the Packers. Nagy intimated he could make a decision Wednesday. Trubisky was present for the open portion of Monday's practice, Foles was not. The team also placed safety Eddie Jackson on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
  • The Minnesota Vikings placed wide receiver Adam Thielen on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
  • Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow suffered a torn ACL and MCL in his left knee, Rapoport and Pelissero reported. He will undergo reconstructive surgery and rehab for 2021. He was placed on injured reserve. Cincinnati plans to sign QB Brandon Allen and guard Quinton Spain to the active roster from their practice squad.
  • The Buffalo Bills announced tight end Tommy Sweeney will be out for remainder of season after a cardiologist discovered he has myocarditis, a condition connected to COVID-19.
  • Las Vegas Raiders offensive guard Richie Incognito will undergo foot surgery and is out for the season, coach Jon Gruden told reporters. Defensive back Lamarcus Joyner was added to the reserve/COVID-19 list. The Raiders also claimed defensive end Takkarist McKinley off waivers and signed linebacker Vic Beasley to the practice squad. McKinley, who was released by the Falcons on Nov. 9, was signed and subsequently waived by the Bengals and 49ers in recent weeks due to a failed physical. Las Vegas plays Atlanta, Beasley and McKinley's former home, in Week 12.
  • The Washington Football team listed running back Antonio Gibson (ankle) and receiver Terry McLaurin (ankle) as non-participants in practice.
  • Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Josh Allen will miss time but his knee injury is not believed to be serious, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported. While Allen is scheduled to undergo tests on his knee Monday, the initial diagnosis is that he won't be out long term. Guard Andrew Norwell, who exited early Sunday with an arm injury, will not play in Week 12 versus the Browns and is considered week-to-week, per Rapoport.
  • Dallas Cowboys cornerback Anthony Brown (ribs) did not partcipate in practice.
    • Arizona Cardinals coach Kliff Kingsbury said quarterback Kyler Murray is "working through" his shoulder injury. They will see how he is tomorrow for practice and see if any adjustments need to be made. The Cards signed veteran nose tackle Domata Peko Sr.; he'll make $600K guaranteed for the regular season and can earn $300K more in the playoffs, per Rapoport.
    • Detroit Lions receiver Kenny Golladay (hip) was listed as a limited participant in practice on the injury report. Cornerback Jeff Okudah (shoulder), WR Danny Amendola (hip) and D'Andre Swift (concussion) were listed as DNP.
    • Kansas City Chiefs offensive tackle Martinas Rankin has been activated off the reserve/COVID-19 list.
    • An MRI for Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Cre'von LeBlanc revealed a second degree high-ankle sprain, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero and Rapoport reported. He's likely headed to injured reserve but it's too early to tell whether he'll be able to return this season, Pelissero and Rapoport added. Running back Jordan Howard, who played for Philly in 2019, signed to the team's practice squad.
    • The New York Giants designated safety Xavier McKinney and linebacker Oshane Ximines to return from injured reserve and activated punter Riley Dixon and long snapper Casey Kreiter off the reserve/COVID-19 list.
    • The Seattle Seahawks signed Damon Harrison off the practice squad; "Snacks" has appeared in two games for Seattle this season. Tight end Greg Olsen (foot) was placed on IR. Running back Bo Scarbrough (hamstring) was added to the practice squad IR
    • Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said tight end Zach Gentry has a significant knee injury and will not play Thursday versus the Ravens. Tomlin added that TE Vance McDonald has been cleared to come off the reserve/COVID-19 list and will return to practice Tuesday. Receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster (foot) and cornerback Joe Haden (knee) were listed as a DNP on the injury report.
    • Los Angeles Chargers linebacker Uchenna Nwosu is expected to be out roughly three weeks with a Grade 2 AC joint sprain, per Rapoport. It's relatively good news after he appeared to have suffered a more serious shoulder injury Sunday versus the Jets. Nwosu will still seek a second opinion, Rapoport added.
    • Carolina Panthers coach Matt Rhule said he expects quarterback Teddy Bridgewater to practice on Wednesday. He also said running back Christian McCaffrey is "week to week" and they'll see where he's at on Wednesday.
    • The New York Jets released quarterback Mike White.
    • The Miami Dolphins announced they have placed guard/tackle Jesse Davis on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
    • The San Francisco 49ers announced they have waived/failed pysical linebacker Kiko Alonso and placed defensive linemen D.J. Jones and Jordan Willis on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
    • The Houston Texans claimed former Patriots offensive lineman Hjalte Froholdt off waivers. Receiver Kenny Stills(quad) was listed as limited in practice; WR Randall Cobb (toe) and tackle Laremy Tunsil (illness) were listed as DNP.

I think Pit will come into this game with some big time attitude. This is the 2nd time they've been rescheduled. Week 4, they had practiced a few times, then late in the week, they were this is/was your 'bye.'

Line moved 3 points. Bal+4.5, now Bal+7.5.

The Cardinals will have quarterback Kyler Murray playing as he has been cleared to play after suffering an injury to his throwing shoulder against the Seahawks. Larry Fitzgerald and Trent Sherfield had to go on the COVID list and will miss the game.Interestingly, even though the Cards lost two wide receivers to the COVID list(Larry Fitzgerald, Trent Sherfield), the Cards did not promote either of their practice squad wideouts in A.J. Richardson or JoJo Ward. It means the Cardinals will have just four wide receivers active -- DeAndre Hopkins, Christian Kirk, Andy Isabella, KeeSean Johnson -- although they have the option of using tight end Dan Arnold or running back Chase Edmonds in certain receiver-type roles.

This line in my option without injuries or COVID should have been -7 to-7 1/2 Cardinals however the line opened at a pick that you had no chance at that bet because the books moved to -1 1/2 to -2.... So with all these injuries to the Cardinals why not the plus margin? My option the defense compairence with players has the Cardinals minus margin just under a field goal.. Smart move by books related to the money line. There will a lot social betters betting on the Pats, = $+120 down to +$110 There predicting Pats win straight up.. They might be right however i am going with whales & sharps with the Cardinals with all those injured in offense.. Why Defense wins game [ check out stats for yourself ]>>>>

[/quote Offense has not been the only side of the ball for the patriots that have been bit by the injury bug as their defense may also be without a number of critical pieces, both up front as well as within their pass secondary. this means that the patriots must be able to rely a bit more on the arm of newton to pick up their third win in four games. However, new england and the passing game is putting up only 210 yards per contest, ranking them 27th in the nfl. Furthermore, newton has thrown for under 2,000 yards thus far while posting four touchdown tosses alongside a dismal seven interceptions in addition to completing 68% of his passes. the new england defense has not been nearly as effective as last season which is due in part to opt-outs from key players. They rank 15th against the pass and 21st against the run. Arizona will run plenty against them in this game. The patriots are averaging 20.9 points, placing them 27th in the nfl. They are holding opponents to 23.8 points, placing them 13th in the league. like i said cards defense will win this game.!!!!
