NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Arian Foster (hamstring) is expected to play Sunday against the Bills.

That's two positive reports on Foster within the past 12 hours. He's still likely to be a game-time decision, but all signs are pointing toward Foster starting after missing last week's game. Buffalo has been pretty stout against the run this season, allowing the sixth-fewest fantasy points to opposing running backs. Foster is a back-end RB1. We'll know his official status in a couple hours.

Jake Locker - QB - Titans
Jake Locker (wrist) will not start against the Colts in Week 4.

Charlie Whitehurst will get the start. Locker hurt his wrist last week against the Bengals. He was able to do a little bit at practice this week, but at less than 100 percent, he wasn't worth the risk. Consider him questionable for Week 5.

Charlie Whitehurst - QB - Titans

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Charlie Whitehurst will start Sunday's Week 4 game against the Colts.

Jake Locker (wrist) is out. Whitehurst is a below-average backup, but isn't that much worse than Locker, who had been playing horrible the past two weeks. Whitehurst, 32, is a checkdown artist, which should benefit Kendall Wright and Delanie Walker in this one. Justin Hunter and Nate Washington weren't doing anything with Locker, so their respective stocks remain unchanged. Look for the Titans to try and pound Shonn Greene. Fire up the Colts defense.

Calvin Johnson - WR - Lions
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Calvin Johnson (ankle) will be active for Week 4 against the Jets.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport also reports Megatron will play Sunday. After doing very little in practice this week, it's fair to wonder just how involved Johnson will be. But we have to play him against a weak Jets secondary where Johnson could see plenty of single-coverage. He's our No. 1 receiver play this week.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Brandon Marshall (ankle) will play Week 4 against the Packers.
As expected. Marshall missed every practice this week, but that was likely for rest purposes after Marshall aggravated his ankle injury last Monday night. We prefer a healthy Alshon Jeffery over Marshall this week, but both players are locked in as WR1 plays at home. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 PM ET.

Vernon Davis - TE - 49ers
According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Vernon Davis (ankle, knee) is "good to go" for Week 4 against the Eagles.

Davis was limited in practice each day this week and is listed as questionable. Coach Jim Harbaugh expressed optimism on Friday, but Davis is still looking like a game-time decision. We'll have to see how he looks in pre-game warmups. Davis will be an obvious TE1 if active for the 4:25 PM ET kickoff.

Eric Decker - WR - Jets
ESPN New York's Rich Cimini expects Eric Decker (hamstring) to be a "situational player" against the Lions.

Decker is fully expected to be active for Week 4 after managing to play just 12 snaps last Monday night. Cimini says to look for Decker on third downs and in three-wide packages on Sunday. He's too much of a risk. If owners have any other reasonable receiver options, we'd advise playing them over Decker. Decker's floor is zero fantasy points, as he could be used as more of a decoy.

Arian Foster - RB - Texans

According to the Houston Chronicle, Arian Foster will "definitely" play in Sunday's game against the Bills.

The chronic hamstring issue Foster has been battling for two months is good to go. "Foster would't be active if he wasn't 100 percent. That means he'll get a full workload," says veteran Texans reporter John McClain. Bill O'Brien has shown no hesitancy to saddle up Foster early in the season, giving him 55 carries in the first two weeks.
