Newspapers on death's door

The Cleveland Plain-Dealer had some major layoffs yesterday, their staff is down to 30.

I do subscribe to both Chicago papers and the LA Times online. Its nothing like buying the physical paper though.

Had 2 papers in Pittsburgh just a few years ago..now just one and not everyday. Price has I think tripled also. Trying to push everyone to digital and not print. Totally sucks.
