When you click on the RED link it should bring you to Google pdf viewer (you can tell by the top left corner saying "PDF") and you should be able to view it? Sometimes Buzz Kill or someone else that provided the link may delete the newsletter and will be in the owners trash
All newsletters in the Rubber Room are provided by Buzz Kill + anyone else who contributes to 1 or 2 newsletters per week
