aqua...there is no law passed yet BANNING internet wagering , hence senator KYLE and his anti gambling bill... If there where a LAW on it already he would not need to try to pass a BILL on it

Patriot Act could care less about Internet Gambling laws and only tries to tie you in with money laundering and then the old stand by of tax issues after they dig into your financial trail of funding your off shore account if needed. They are already on record as saying these off shore books can be a haven for terrorist funding as absurd as we know that to be with the major books we talk about here.

It's just a reason to an end in the name of "protecting America" in the war on terrorism and another way for your life to get fucked because of your post up needs to bet todays baseball card. They are restricting funding methods one after the other since that's better than any across the board internet gambling law that takes time to pass and no need for any court orders anymore under the Patriot Act once they see any cash going out of the country for whatever reason.

UNTIL the KYLE bill or one simlar is passed making it a actually against the LAW to not net gamble many will still do it without fear or paranoia...

Dante of course it's a longshot to happen but it's a risk that has major life changing scenarios if it does. I got a $1001 sent to me a couple months ago as an exchange rate mistake from the sender that pushed it over a dime and had to fill out a Patriot Act form over it. No mod here ever wants to hear anything negative in regards to funding off shore accounts since that is what drives this industry the RX caters to.
