New Samsung Galaxy S5 is already being called a complete failure.

Exact same phone as the S4, but adds fingerprint and heart rate sensors. Same crappy plastic, boring, cheap design and the "leather look" on the back is hideous.

1080p only, Snapdragon 800 only, and 2GB RAM only. Laughable specs.

And it's much bigger than the S4 due to a small increase in display size. That means more ugly bezel too.

LMFAO @ Samsung's complete failure here. Blogs are having a field day with this.


Sony's Z2 has stole the show and the 2014 HTC One will be incredible too. Both will crush the S5.

Hah, basically. The Galaxy Nexus, S2, and S3 were their only really successful and 'innovative' phones at their respective times.

Currently, the Note 3 is clearly their only great device.

The new HTC One will be announced on March 25 and HTC must be salivating at this point.

I almost bought the HTC One when looking at the S4. Felt too hot however too quickly.

S3 was a good place to get in, was a solid next step device and still holds it own.

Best upgrades for Android users will be the new HTC One, upcoming Nexus 6, and the just announced Xperia Z2.

Hopefully the Moto X gets updated too, an underrated device with a nice form factor and conservative design.

I surely hope this is not the real facts here. I have been waiting to get the s5 myself and havent had any of the previous galaxy's...so I am sure I will still be delighted.. but I may just get a s4 then out of contract for same pricing...

these are the real facts, the S5 was announced yesterday. go to any cell phone forum like XDA or Howard and you'll see the disappointment.
