I think this line drop is a public overreaction. Parquet will be able to get the job done for De Angelo Williams.

Plus, Memphis has the #11 defense in the nation and has not played in a bowl in a long, long time. Even though it is a sh1tty bowl, I think the Tigers will be geared up and UNT has now been there 3 straight years.

totally agree with you Hoosier Daddy..after watching the Weak Green on ESPN, I would take Memphis High School -4 against these guys..no offensive creativity whatsoever...

I think you're right regarding Williams and Parquet. Just because Williams is injured doesn't mean that Memphis has to play without a RB! Parquet can get the job done. He is a transfer from LSU, so he has to have SOME talent, right?

Parquet had 164 on 26 carries against South Florida. On the year, he is averaging 5.2 yards per carry.

Oh, did I mention that Parquet is a New Orleans native?

men vs. boys in this one...N Texas plays in a High School Conference....they don't deserve to play with the big boys..like I said, lack of offensive creativity..plus their coach is constantly picking his nose on TV
