I would imagine 10-15 years down the road that half the NFL/MLB franchises will have their stadiums named after offshore sportsbooks/pokerrooms.

This after the U.S. government gets their head out of their *ss, which should be in the very near future.

Will never happen. Pete Rose banned and site that books baseball behind a stadium. Casinos that advertise in ballparks are allowed but I've never seen one that has a sportsbook and is in Nevada. I guess Casino Queen is the closest. It's owned by Coast Properties in Las Vegas. Micosukee in Florida, has machines. No
Sportsbook.

Since Pete Rose has his bar in Boca he would be looking for re-instatement for sure at a gambling sponsored stadium in his area. It's easy to get some press by saying you could fund it when in reality there's no way with baseball going through this steroid nightmare that they would create another PR nightmare and allow that to take place. Besides this onlinecasinonews article where else is this getting any ink for any publicity ?

Marlins will be moving to Vegas in a few years. People will talk about a lack of support for a team in Vegas, but they almost certainly will outdraw the crowds they get in Miami.

Why do you have such faith in it if no one but off the wall outsiders are coming forward with support? The owner doesn't seem to care, the state and city governments aren't exactly going nuts over it, and the fans still aren't exactly spinning the turnstiles like crazy ranking 23rd in attendance.
