I was thinking Frank was Riggs. I figured Franks picks would be pretty much Riggs fading himself, which would hit about 80%. If you read Riggs last post it states if he doesn't hit 75% today he will leave, which means we will be stuck with Frank.

I also see that Frank and Riggs posted their latest messages one minute apart. My guess is that he cut and pasted the second message (the Riggs message) a minute after the Frank message to make it seem like it couldn't be the same person. Can't the Mods check the IP addresses of posters on here?
