might i suggest before soliciting new accounts, you learn to handle the accounts you already hold.

I just had a very unpleasant experience with your book. Rather than contacting me first, I find out my account with Phoenix was closed, as well as a family members account with Mania (which you were fully aware of the relationship) because of an issue regarding a mania account I havent used for months.
