Jackson is terrible in pressure situations (the 2 point conversion attempt to lose the game against the Steelers was comical) and we he faces a good defense, the result is always the same.

It defies credulity how someone can continue to debate Lamar's playoff performance! Based on his regular season performance, he is the worst in the history of the NFL. He goes from being a league MVP in the regular season, to a playoff bust year after year. He is the Kershaw of the NFL.

Tom Brady had a 89.8 passer rating in the playoffs in as a large of a sample size as you’ll get

Far from incredible stats and worse than his regular season stats

He has 7 Super Bowl rings

Lamar has at least kept an AFC championship game close against the Chiefs

And actually beaten a divisional champ in the playoffs

And won a road playoff game

He’s accomplished more than Allen to this point
Lol. Allen is 5-5, LJ is 2-4. And they actually have a playoff game against each other which Allen won 17-3 but you keep trying to convince everyone here that LJ has accomplished more. The only thing LJ has done in playoffs that Allen hasn’t is won on the road. That’s it!

You are so dumb sometimes. The more games you play vs good teams the more likely your rating is a bit lower. But he wins. Many clutch performances and comebacks when needed. When they were leading should he have gone Run and Shoot and threw for a couple hundred more yards to pad stats and risked losing?

I said they BOTH haven’t accomplished Jack shit

You don’t get credit for running up the score against Mac Jones and Mason Rudolph at home

Both Lamar and Allen have come up short and disappointed in the biggest playoff games

I never said Lamar has played well in the playoffs

But the notion that you “can’t” win a Super Bowl with a guy like Lamar is mentally retarded

I’m dumb?

You said you can’t win a Super Bowl with Lamar

So you will admit Allen’s stats are inflated then? I mean they are given he went off on a few bad teams.

If Lamar can’t win, then neither can Allen

Still waiting on you to show how Allen is a “better passer” than Lamar, other than you just don’t like the guy

Allen shouldn’t have had an issue with the awful Ravens defense and lost 35-10 to the guy who can’t pass I guess

Lamar has shredded good defenses many times

Funny how the goal posts moved

5 years ago most guys in this thread thought Lamar couldn’t be an NFL QB at all, should change positions

Talk about RETARDED

LOL

Anyone ever see a Lamar playoff performance that was remotely close to Allen's playoff performance against KC when he left the field with 13 seconds left and the lead.
Just 1 example is all I'm looking for.

The high watermark of Allen’s career…..another loss in which Mahomes outplayed him

Allen should’ve put the game away earlier when he had the chance. Waited too long

And by the way

Of course BOTH Lamar and Allen CAN win a Super Bowl

The hypocrisy is just crazy though

Yeah further proving my point that he got all the calls! In all 7 of those games the refs helped him out! Couldn't win a single Super Bowl game without the refs, and we know it wasn't Belicheats coaching either. KC had like 98 penalty yards in the second quarter alone. And that was Reid vs Arians! Besides using Championships in a team sport, as a measuring stick for the best player is ludicrous, totally illogical, especially in football when your not even on the field for over half the game! I guess Bradshaw and Aikman are all-timers too, given their championships.
Historical "GOATS" such as PELE and Gretzky, their teams won championships without them (Brazil 62, Oilers 90)
Even the great Messi would have won shit without Dibu, who is statistically proven as the greatest penalty stopper in history. 24 penalties playing for Argentina only 12 goals!!! Those are Gretzky type numbers. Copa went to Shootouts and two World Cup games. He made the biggest save ever to even make it to shootout in the 120th minute. Ridiculous argument, but I get it everyone in the media says it, so most just hum along, even though the player is not even on the field or on the ice for more than half the game!

Man, you really do hate Allen.. So obvious . You really don't have much credibility anymore here discussing NFL QBs.
I'm going to enjoy taking that $500 from you when Allen chalks up more SBs than Burrow. Not even a wager to sweat imo.

My point is as a supposed elite QB who you expect to rely on to be the major reason you win he isn't. If Dilfer can win one I suppose Lamar can but they had an elite defense of all time. You shouldn't need that for Lamar or Allen. And you know damn well I have criticized Allen. In fact 100 times more than you have Burrow. You have criticized the Bengals a bit but utterly dick sucked Burrow to the point it is spilling out your mouth.

Don’t hate Allen at all

Just pointing out the hypocrisy with some ribbing

They’re both top 5 QB’s in the league and you can win a Super Bowl with either one . That’s not debatable

But if you say Lamar can’t, then neither can Allen or almost any QB in the league

I’ve criticized Burrow when he hasn’t played well

The reality is Burrow has been amazing this year. You’ve criticized Burrow when his defense has been the wordy in the league and blown awful performances

You said Burrow wasn’t good this year LOL

Most of it is all ribbing dude

You can win a Super Bowl with Burrow, Allen, and Lamar

They’re all top 5 QBs

This was in the other thread, let’s now add Lamar to the comparison, since the hypothesis from @exploited17 is that “Leemah can’t pass”

Some career passing passing stats, through week 13 of this season:

Passer rating

Mahomes 102.3
Jackson 100.8
Burrow 100.3
Allen 93.1

TD/INT ratio

Mahomes 3.21
Jackson 3.20
Burrow 3.02
Allen 2.25

Yards/game

Mahomes 290.8*
Burrow 272.2
Allen 239.6
Jackson 193.3

Completion %

Burrow 67.9*
Mahomes 66.7
Jackson 64.9
Allen 63.4

Adjusted Y/A

Mahomes 8.17
Jackson 8.07
Burrow 7.72
Allen 7.25

* = all-time leader

Only “knock” you can really have on Lamar is his career passing yardage/game, or less volume, but that’s debunked given how much that’s improved. Throwing for 250/game this year

Lamar can pass the ball lol

Oh yeah....one other minor "knock." His lifetime passer rating in the playoffs is 75 and his record is 2-4 including 1-3 at home.
