Details of each Debit Card purchase or withdrawal: where, when, and amount of fees, are to the best of my knowledge, not found on Neteller's site.

Is there anyone that knows where high payout ATM's are located if there is such an animal. Would especially be concerned with the LV area. This would be concerning NETeller Debit card, and withdrawing funds from NETeller via debit card.
