I am confused about my Chargers play from yesterday... I called and was told my play was canceled right after the game started.. I asked the clerk what happened to my play and he told me my play was canceled and the funds were refunded to me... So I asked him once again and he said I had no action on the play.. Then my money was refunded to me. Then I called later that night and my balance was deducted from the balance, and they said my chargers game was now a lose after the game was final. I don't understand how the play can be canceled then when it loses be graded a loss.... What is this about???? I feel like I was cheated...

Please be advised that when you called yesterday the game had been misgraded and was in the process of being regraded. Since clerks are not the staff that normally provide this kind of information, the clerk you talked to was not aware of this fact.
Please be also informed that if the play had been a winner he would have had the money added since this was an active wager.
