My friend wants to send $1000.00 to an offshore book and asked for my help picking one. He would like the following:

ability to call in or bet on the net
bonus
10 cent line in bases
safety of funds

I figure nobody can answer this as well as you guys, so if you don't mind can you help a buddy out?

now that olympic has 10c bases I would recommend them, mainly because it's easier to phone in bets than it is at pinnacle

Been thinking about trying their site...wish they had pre-paid ATM as an option.

I first thought of pinnacle but didn't think you could call in bets there. I expected to hear pinnacle and olympic but was wondering if any others would be recommended. Thanks for your imput.

You can call in bets at Pinnacle but you get a slightly worse line in that case. No need to mess around -- sign him up at Pinnacle and sleep easy. They have 8c lines on sides even as high as +165/-173 which is amazing. That's better than any bonus or perk out there. Just do it and don't look back.

betjamaica (betjam.com). . .owned by olympic so the money is safe never ever had a problem with customer service on phone they pick up quick have yet to wait on a single call. simple, not a ton of props but great lines and good service.

thanks rob, almost went with betjam but if anything happens bad I would feel horrible. Since pinnacle has a longer track record and better juice, I am going to tell him to go with pinnacle. However, I may give betjam a try. Thanks for the info.
