Need advice on a situation! (flight cancelled)

Hey guys, I know some of you travel all he time and I am looking for some advice.......

I am booked on a redeye out of Denver tonight (monday morning 1:45) and it has been cancelled. Delta has reschudeled for a flight Tuesday at 6am. It will not work for me at all as I would have to sit in an airport for 36 hours. What should I do? I mean will they give me a refund at least? I am trying to call, but just keep getting busy signal.

Not really worth it as I am flying back out Wednesday morning. I just wanted to get home for 2 days.

I would contact them as soon as you can. Delta is having a lot of weather issue in ATL so the phone system might be overwhelmed.

It's the Medallion members number. It's not busy and once you speak to a rep, even if you're not a Medallion member they still might help you. Can't promise that though.
