I came up here against FSU and they got the cover and should have won. They will win this game Saturday. It does hurt that Joe Kelly is out, however they will score against ASU. ND played Stanford in a monsoon, otherwise would have put up more points. I think Golson is taking care of the ball better now and they are happy to play base defense against after Navy

rememberbthat Navy was down by 1 point in the 4 th quarter against Ohio State.

Also so a plus this game is 12:30 local time so the crowd won't be as crazy as if it were a night game in Tempe

1 point underdog, bold call on the upset, petey! ;) GL, it could certainly go either way. Both teams overrated a bit, ASU more so.

Thanks. Line is 2.5. May go higher due to injury to Kelly which I would relish 3 points

If you think the crowd won't be as crazy as if it were a night game, you are sadly mistaken....

ASU has been looking forward to this game for some time! Didn't Help ND tried to get out of this game last year and the way ND handled the tickets for ASU fans last year in BIG D. I will be heading down for the game and expect a BOWL game like atmosphere.

The Joe Schmidt injury is huge for ND. QB of a young defense.

Schmidt's injury more than likely puts much more pressure on Golson to keep up with the ASU offense. It should be an interesting game. I still can't figure out why these conference teams don't schedule Notre Dame around a bye week. It's tough playing an independent in the middle of your conference race. USC also plays them every year. But they usually schedule ND around an easy game or at the end of the season.

Should be a great game and I expect ND to win and tun the table. That may not be enough to make playoffs unless there are some upsets.

The ND game was originally scheduled before conference started. Then ND tried to back out of the game last year because of their ACC commitments..Our AD (at the time) wouldn't let them out of the contract(for obvious financial reasons) and ND didn't want to lose an expensive lawsuit, so they cancelled Rice or some other college like that instead of ASU..Props to Patterson-Texas AD-who was ASU's AD at the time for refusing to be pushed around by ND..So ASU changed the game to Nov for ND's scheduling

They are terribly coached-can't get over the hump. A team like Oklahoma that continually gets in it's own way--that's coaching

I guess beating 3 ranked teams in a row,Stanford, USC, Utah, 1 of those with a backup QB is terribly coached...You either know nothing about college football or have never seen them play and are just talking

I watched them play wi last yr a game they should have won by at least 14 pt but if not for officials really lost. Then I saw them not even show up for ucla and give up 60. Then I watched the Ut game where again terrible play calling. Should have had 24 pts at half but only had 13. They lose 3-4 games every yr and this yr will be no different. Terribly coached so they will lose unless you bring jake the snake back .

thats a quality win in utah for asu..but from what i read, qb, kelley hasnt looked right

only thing stopping a nd play for me is that historically, they do not play well after navy..

but, yes i take brian kelly over graham cracker, every day of the week, twice on sunday
