ND vs. Florida St.

Anyone find it odd that ND is 11 point underdogs? Florida St. Hasn't been impressive this year and there's always something going on with them off the field. I mean Winston is a ticking time bomb just waiting to get in trouble again. I know ND just gave up 43 to NC but their D is better than that. I think they have a good chance of covering this.

i got a couple. first and foremost i have been kicking myself in the ass for the last 3 days. if there ever was a sandwich let down situation last week this was it. in spades! i saw the spread and told myself to bet it then it got lost in the shuffle. so F me.

That said last we was a sandwich and thats all it was. ND was pointing to this game and they will be up for it. FSU? ya they have been bad against worse teams. If these teams play as all season its ND a straight up winner!

FSU wins if Winston plays. The hard on the media has for Winston is just ridiculous at this point and I truly feel Jimbo knows Jameis is innocent and they've both embraced this us against the world mentality. Jameis always plays lights out after one of these allegations come out. ND is not that great. I can see us easily winning by two TDs in Tallahassee this weekend. All comes down to the defense and If Kelly's been saving some of our more sophisticated defensive schemes and blitz packages for this game as I suspect he has we should hopefully see a much improved performance from the D.

I doubt hes any worse than any other college QB at a major college football program. These guys are all coddled and get away w/ a bunch of garbage.


Not defending it but it is what it is. Rape allegation is really the only thing going against him, and anyone that read the stories, reports, testimones knows it was a crock of shit. Same State Attorney Willie Meggs has prosecuted a number of FSU players for the same allegations - this was a cut and dry case, clear she was lying.

So what has he really done, stole crab legs and yelled something obscene on campus? Both extremely dumb considering the situation he's in and the spotlight that is on him, but still a 19/20 year old kid. I was doing way way worse back in my days in Tallahasee.

It seems like if you win the Heisman lately and come back to college next year the media tries to blow up every thing.......They ripped Tebow for being too good....They rip Winston for stealing crab legs............They ripped Manziel as well on a bunch of minor things (they still do)

Media should be held accountable, but that is impossible I suppose. Winston is different than JFF and Tebow, but still a kid that tasted success very early. Jimbo has made himself look bad on all the allegations IMO

Agree on how Jimbo has handled this guy. He has kicked star players off of the team in the past, Greg Reid comes to mind. His response to the autograph questions was nothing short of embarassing as an FSU alumn and supporter. Jameis has worn out his welcome as far as I am concerned, he is not worth the headache. It is a shame, because he is a hell of a QB.

He is not a QB at all. That title (position) comes with certain expectations outside of the obvious. He is an entitled little shit-bag. Worst I ever remember. No place for him in the NCAA or on national television. (unless on COPS)
