like the Ill pick. Neb should be down for this game plus it is a few more pts from the opening nbr. My guess would have been 14.5 at the most.
Neb had a little luck going for them with Miami plus a few home calls against Miami in Neb favor.

Hoping that the Illini offense can score enough points to keep this one within the number. Was tempted to take the over in this one.

Thursday:

App St @ GS over 59 1/2 (1)

I guess playing this one early got the extra point as I see it now at 60 1/2. App St have been avg 424.3 ypg and allowing 328 per game. GS avg 517.5 ypg and giving up 397.8 ypg. GS offensive stats are very well and I do see where they beat Sav St 83-9 in their only home game. In their 3 road games they lost 24-23 to NCS, 42-38 to GT, and beat S. Bama 28-6. So this team is very capable of putting up the points. They are averaging 357 ry per game, led by a Soph rb Brieda averaging 11.2 ypg and 8.9 per carry. Their soph qb Ellsion has rushed for 81.7 per game at 6.9 a carry. That's hard to defend. The only way App St is going to hang in this game is to score some points to keep up. They are not to shabby either averaging 424.3 yards per game.

Just figuring that it's very seldom they get to play on ESPNU and I'm hoping they put on a show. I could be completely off base as I hover around 50% in college this year. Hopefully, this one goes over the number for me.

I'll try and get my reasons up tonight and tomorrow for the rest of my bets. It's a lot of work trying to read my sloppy writing and scribbled notes.

good luck everyone
