I lean Charlotte. I’m not strong enough to make a bet on it though. I would have said the under, but that has steamed down like four points from where it opened. So we missed the move on that one. Doesn’t mean the under doesn’t hit, but there’s not any value left.

I do have a 66/1 future on UConn and normally I wouldn’t bet them since I already am heavily invested. In this case, I think the number is wrong and I also have a future on Arkansas. I will be looking for ways to hedge if UConn advances, but I’m ok betting them in this round.

I like the way the Fighting Madsen’s are playing. They have beaten New Mexico and Colorado, who are not lambs. I believe this game is being played at Utah Valley despite Cincinnati being the better seed. I think Cincinnati’s building is unavailable. If I’m wrong then correct me, but I believe this game is happening in Utah. Even if it’s happening on the moon, I like Utah Valley.

I didn't get a chance to write anything because I'm busy at work. All I'll say is this. Maybe the three high seeds just roll their competition and Princeton hits a wall against Creighton making it a very square day. Typically, that's not the case though. SDSU has the capability of keeping this in the 60's, as they did in a lot of their games in the regular season. This game may be played in the 70's based on the pace Alabama plays at, but SDSU can hang with them. Defending the three will be very important for SDSU. Alabama is going to score in the paint with a number of different players due to their athleticism and overall finishing ability. If SDSU can do a representative job defending the three, or be competitive with Bama based on three point makes, this game will be close and SDSU will be live.

I'm on the fence with these other games. If Texas gets down to -3.5, I'm going to bet them. Either a straight bet or in a moneyline parlay with Houston. I will update later.

I was really 2-0 today for those who tailed. The Gonzaga bet was just a hedge for me based on my UConn future. Either way, another strong day.

I’m not sure which way the line will move tomorrow, if it does at all. I like this matchup similar to the way I liked FAU today. I think stylistically SDSU can present challenges. Creighton has a good starting five, but lacks depth. If this game gets physical and fouls start piling up, Creighton will have to play guys that they don’t want to. I think SDSU and Texas are going to advance tomorrow.

I have an NIT bet for Tuesday that I will put in the next post.
