Both teams struggled in their last game and both will miss their Star Tailbacks. This game SHOULD HAVE upstaged ND/Michigan as the marquee game of the day but has now lost most of its luster.

Ohio State will also be missing TB Lydell Ross and FB Branden Joe and Center Alex Stepanovich. Too many distractions for Ohio State this week with the MoC saga reaching a fever pitch. I can go on and on but in the end I have a real strong hunch that NC State will keep it close or perhaps (Gasp!!) pull the upset.

Not sure about NC State just yet. Pretty sure Mcclendon is out, and after last weeks embarrassment at the Horsehoe, I expect Tressel's troops to come out ready.

Prophetable;

UC is a tough team to cap. They are so doggone unpredictable. Guidugli is an excellent QB and they have some good athletes on D.

I would lean toward Cincinnati +7.
