We have a stretch here where it seems like I have tough decisions to make nightly...I add 2 games on SAT and they both lose...That made me gun-shy, because the 2 games I wanted to add yesterday both won easily...Tonight's board was EXTREMELY difficult to narrow down to one game, as I like many...Last Monday I played a lot of games and did not fare well...I may try and add just 2, but the #1 selection will have to be:

Washington/Golden State Over 205.5 (1.5 units)

Got at 5dimes, although at Pinny, it looks like it might hit 205.5 any minute...The line is a few points higher than where I would like it, but heck, Golden State has gone Over 16 of their last 18 games (1 with the aid of OT)...They have gone Over all 4 times when it's their FIRST game back from a road trip of any length (including 1-game "road trips")...3 former Warriors (Arenas, Jamison & Hughes) return, and they are the highest scoring trio in the league this season...I would expect them to want to put on a show and after both teams have had a day's rest, I would expect a possible track meet tonight...

Allen Iverson is coming off a 54-point game on SAT...I would expect his shooting to be a little off tonight after such a huge game and despite winning 4-of-5 (and blowing a 21-point lead in the game they lost), I expect a little bit of a let-down here, while Utah is utterly desperate for a win...They may not win outright, but with Kenny Thomas and John Salmons "questionable", I am going to take a shot at Utah here...

The Rockets lost at TOR the 2nd day of the NBA season as HOU was coming off a tough loss at DET on opening night and TOR was rested...Tonight, the table are turned, as HOU has rest and TOR goes Bk-to-Bk...HOU has improved on this situational spot, covering 2 in a row at Home when they have rest and their opponent does not...So it's a revenge spot, and a bounce-back spot (after their loss at CHAR last time out) and TOR is in let-down mode after an emotional win at Home yesterday over vince's new team...

I handicap the 4 Professional sports...

I have a friend who handicaps College hoops and football and I basically coat-tail him for small amounts, here and there, and every now and then, I might pick a spot to go heavier if I think he is due for a big day...It's amazing, because his plays and Kapusta's plays match up almost daily...Kinda freaky how they think alike...

I haven't capped the college sports in 8 years, just too many games for me...Although, I am building databases for the colleges, too, and maybe I'll get back into it slowly...I do place some half-time bets from time-to-time in college...
